We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Solvi Studios. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return process:

- *Condition*: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a new, unused condition.
- *Return Process*: Contact our office to confirm the location for returns and send the product back to our main depot. Once received and inspected, we will process a full refund.
- *Shipping Costs*: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
