1. *Product Orders*: All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin the manufacturing process, which typically takes 10 to 15 business days.
2. *Delivery*: We partner with Loaded for delivery services, which takes approximately 1 to 2 days after the completion of the manufacturing process. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, and the liability for delivery lies with the courier company.
3. *Showroom*: Our showroom is available by appointment only. Please note that not all products are on display, and our selection may be limited.
4. *Returns*: We offer a 7-day return policy from the receipt of your product. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in their original packaging and returned to the main depot. Contact our office to confirm the return location.
5. *Usage*: All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Solvi Studios and may not be used without permission.
6. *Modification of Terms*: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
